Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Opened perfumes, used products, and sale items.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Exchanges: Only for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing.
